Flatshare Description Hello We are a couple (British/ French) moving into a two bedrooms flat with a garden on a terrace in Kentish Town and we are looking for a flatmate to come and join us. We need someone to move in by Sunday five February, and we are flexible on the length of stay, 6 mnths to a year as min ideally. The rent is £800 per calendar month. Bills are not included. The deposit of £800 is also in advance. 1 of us is a gardener/ and painter / decorator and the other works in a health organisation and with migrants. We speak French and English at home. The flat has a large first level living space that leads into an open plan kitchen and on to a balcony which leads down into the garden. The bathroom and 2 double bedrooms are downstairs. The flat is in a Victorian house on a peaceful terrace close to Hampstead Heath, local shops in Queen's Crescent and within fifteen minutes walk of Kentish Town tube station and ten mins of Chalk Farm station.
