Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $750 - (Palatine, IL)

Hi! Thanks for considering my home. For serious applications a background check, credit history and references will be required. Thanks for understanding! I work in R&D, and travel from time to time. I have a split level home. This room is on the 1st level, has a semi private bath (yours 90% of the time and right outside your bedroom). It currently fits a daybed, desk and has good California closet system. All of which you can use or we can store it in the basement. The floor has recently been updated to waterproof pergo, the room has three large windows, door to the patio. The room can be chilly in winter so space heater can be used to keep the room warm. Access to your room is also through the lower level family room which is off the garage. This is a main access to the house so won't be private but you can also enjoy this room. It is not where we spend most of our time. I'm an empty nester come fall, but my kids come home for weekends from time to time, and school breaks.
