Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA apartment... - $1,200 - (Emeryville, CA)

Hi there! My name is Lisa and I currently occupy a 3 beds, two bathrooms apartment in Emeryville. I've lived with my past 2 roommates for 2 yrs and now that they are moving out, I am looking to fill their rooms. 1 room is a bit bigger ($1200/ mo) and 1 is a bit smaller ($1150/ mo). These 2 rooms, which are on 1 side of the house, share 1 baths. The house has bamboo flooring throughout and carpet inside the rooms. Each room has a closet and windows. There is a cloths washer and drier in the unit as well as a dishwasher. Water and PGE are split monthly between the tenants and can range in price depending on the season and heater use. A little about myself... I am 28, work in San Francisco in luxury retail. I graduated from the university of Oregon and was in Delta Gamma sorority while there. I grew up in the Bay Area, went to high school in Oakland and after college, moved back to this amazing, beautiful area. I am pretty much a home body.
