Roommate wanted to share Five BR Three BA house... - $550 - (Las Vegas, NV)

Looking for responsible and respectful individuals. There are four rooms for rent, two rooms to each bathroom. You do have access to the common areas: living room, dedicated dining area area, breakfast area, kitchen, family room, upstairs family room, and backyard. All utilities are included, but please still be mindful of your usage. Wi-fi is also included. The rooms do not have cable hook up, but you are more than welcome to watch t.v. in the family rooms. You have full use of the kitchen and what is in it. Just make sure you clean up after yourself. Don't cook/eat others food unless they offer or you ask. 420/smoker friendly. You can smoke in the backyard or the garage. ROOMS ARE UNFURNISHED! However, I do have a couple of twin airbeds, 1 queen airbed, and one beds suite available. Also, 1 of the rooms has a small balcony facing the front of the house; this room will be $600 a month. All bedrooms are carpeted. I'm self-employed so I'm home most of the time. Very easy going, and laid back.
