Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $655 - (Elk Grove, CA)

Hi! Looking for a roommate for a house I just rented in Elk Grove (move in date Jan 21). Me, I'm a personal trainer and a bartender who also does media/video work. I have a three year old husky mix, not much of a barker. The ideal roommate would be someone who's respectful, has reliable income, communicates openly and is hopefully open to building a friendship as opposed to us being strangers occupying the same space.
