Peaceful room is located at the rear of the house with a full bathroom attached and shared with a guest room. Guest room can be used by all housemates. Large windows overlook the park. Parking is in the rear of the house. Washer / dryer are in the house. Spacious kitchen and dinning area. Access to ALL common areas of the house. This would be your home, too. We love this house and are looking for a courteous and responsible housemate. We have 2 cats, so housemate must like (or kindly tolerate) affectionate kitties. No dogs or couples, please. Rent is $900/ month plus deposit of $900 upon move in. Utilities spilt (gas, water, electric, cable/ internet). We can be flexible on arrangements. If you are willing to share the bathroom with the very rare guest, rent would be $875/ month. Drug and smoke/vape free home.
