Live 1 month alone in my Gorgeous Condominium on Greenbelt 11 mi Nature Park: that is five miles from Downtown= You will live alone in this unit for a month and then the lease ends: dates 1/9-2/6/17 (could be a few days earlier but i will be here, if so) *Cost $600 *This would be in essence like you were a roommate living alone in my house for only the dates stated above It is near the intersection of three major Hwys: Hwy 71/290, Mopac, Interstate 35. Condominium faces eleven mile Nature Park & is gated, highspeed broadband, TELEVISION/HBO, w/dryer, hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, large balcony: three mins to WholeFoods/Costco,15 to airport. **Longer stay guests preferred and possible discounts for longer stays. :) **You will enjoy complete privacy as you walk around in the condominium as it faces a forest/11 mi hiking trail called the Barton Creek Greenbelt with an access 100 yards away. Super safe gated complex. I regularly see coyote and deer from my balcony.
