Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA apartment... - $600 - (Titusville, FL)

I will be relocating to the Brevard area and am looking for a room mate to share living expenses. I have had the same steady job for twenty years and have no criminal or eviction records. I do not smoke, do any drugs or party. I am a occasional social drinker but generally don't drink at home unless friends come over. I would not want someone who partied or always has lots of friends over. . I am currently looking into renting a 3 beds apartment from Parkvillas in Titusville. I am open to a house or another place, although I hate yard work. I have nieces so there will be a third guest bedroom for studying, storage or friends for you or me to stay over. A extra space with two people is needed. If you have a kid and take the third bedroom then you will pay 2/3 the rent and we split the utilities. I will not babysit or clean up after kids however.
