I am looking to rent out the entire bottom floor of my home. I am a sales professional and I am very rarely home. I have the upstairs loft, but the downstairs has 3 beds--a master suite, and 2 individual rooms that share a bathroom. The master has a massive walk-in closet and a bathroom, so everything you need is right there. All appliances, including laundry, are included. All utilities (electricity, water, and wi-fi) are included. There is a fenced in back yard and I have a nice grill that would be available for your use. It can come complete furnished, if you prefer.
