Room for rent at Campus Park Student Housing. Looking for someone to sublease my room from January - June. You would be sharing a townhome with 4 other people. 3 girls and 1 guy. The room is available now and you would share the bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The room is already furnished. Free parking, gymnasium/club house/pool and a list of other amenities. My roommates are all college students. Free shuttle to all the colleges in Duluth. It's costly but it's a wonderful place to live. Electricity is $10.00 a month plus free cable!
