Beautiful three bedroom home nestled in the Boise neighborhood located on N Vancouver & Skidmore. Only a block away from Williams and a few from Mississippi Ave. We have a room available ASAP. Rent is $800 + utulities (~$100/month). The unique and cozy room is located on the second floor. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The house is around 2600 sq. feet with plenty of living space. There is a fenced in backyard, patio with pergola, and garden boxes. There is a washer and dryer unit, full kitchen with dishwasher, storage room, workout room and newly renovated basement this summer. We have no furry friends currently sharing our space. We can only consider dogs weighing less than 10 lbs (no cats). The house is currently occupied with two ladies in their twenties who work full-time. We are both transplants from the midwest.
