Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $700 - (Porter Ranch, CA)

I work as an Administrative Assistant in the LAUSD school district and I have 4 beds in my home and I have been renting out rooms for over 6yrs. My 1 daughter is here, she is a Realtor and I rent the other 2 rooms to typically CSUN students or interns of sorts, professionals welcome as well. We are always a happy, easy going family with a great vibe. I am looking for someone who feels the same, wanting a happy home with no drama. ;)
