Ideally, my housemates would be close to me in age, students, or somewhere relatively in the same boat ! It would be great to find housemates who work as a team and even if they may not enjoy cleaning, would do so out of respect for the household. Info: 4 Beds, one Bathrooms Queen Anne Victorian Flat 2 beds on the smaller side. one room with bay windows and built in closet. one of the smaller rooms distinctively round also with built in closet. I am looking for three housemates to each rent a room. There is a nice sized kitchen, living room, and the entire place is newly updated. Includes Washer/dryer, brand new gas stove, gas heat, refrigerator, built in microwave, and big patio/deck outside the kitchen.
