Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA house... - $700 - (Fair Oaks Ranch, TX)

I'm an RN and my husband does IT Security We work varying shift schedules but you can usually find 1 of us at home quietly watching TELEVISION or asleep if we've worked a night shift.We are pretty peaceful when we are home because it's usually just us two.We have an extra refrigerator in the laundry area for your particulars and are respectful of your privacy. We have two well behaved dogs who would probably love to spend time with you and the same goes for our indoor cat. We occasionally have family drop in and say hello but not too frequently. We certainly don't mind if you have company either but please discuss any frequent overnighters in advance. Term length and move in date are negotiable as I am just doing some touch ups to the room at this time.
