Roommate wanted to share Two BR 1.5 BA apartment... - $600 - (Buffalo, NY)

I'm looking for a responsible, honest, curtious roommate. I'm a mid-30's proffesional female who works days. I would prefer approx the same either male or female is fine. Roommate would be responsible for their portion of the rent, $600 plus gas, electric and internet. Securtiy deposit as well. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, garage parking, washer & dryer, upper front porch, finished attic and remodeled kitchen. Most of the common areas are furnished but room for more. Would like some references. one yr lease.
