We have a garage that is used on a rotating basis (you get two weeks in, two weeks out), and there is plenty of street parking within a 5 minute walking radius. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, and there is a washer and dryer in unit. The complex also has a pool and jacuzzi. You will have your own private bathroom and bedroom on the second floor of the townhouse, including plenty of cabinet space in your hallway. Current roommates are 4 friendly and nice millennials looking for a respectful and quiet roommate. Rent for January is $750 + utilities/wifi.
