Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA apartment... - $600 - (Maitland, FL)

Signing a new lease for an apartment/townhouse the first of April and looking to sublease the second room out. I work from home when in town and spend about 30% of the year traveling. I wouldn't mind a dog if it were small and well trained. As for me I am pretty easy person. I can be very high energy and positive. Generally speaking I am a very healthy eater and my place pretty clean.
