Roommate wanted to share Five BR Two BA house... - $400 - (Louisville, KY)

I am looking for two roommates to share my basement for $400 (utilities included) per room. The basement has two good sized bedrooms and a full size bathroom,. The rooms can be painted any way (don't even mind buying a couple cans and helping paint), except for the wall with the sunset. The storage room is already pretty full, but their is also a shared washer / dryer area. The rooms will have 300 mbps Internet/wifi and all TELEVISION/movie channels through TW. The lease will be for a 3 mons initially, but if everything works out then I will install carpet in the rooms before extending the lease. No smoking in the house. I am a 25yr old male, college graduate, and workaholic (student loans...). On my days off I will be working around the house, playing PS4, looking for some new craft brews, or heading to the lake.
