Roommate wanted to share Two BR 1.5 BA house... - $750 - (Upland, CA)

I am a very down to earth individual. I have worked hard to create a cozy little home and I would like to find someone that respects that. I have a nice room available with a half bath. The main bathroom is only shared for showering purposes only. I would prefer someone that is low maintenance and responsible and can respect my things. Renter will be responsible for their portion of the rent, half the utilities and their own groceries. Renter may also have access to the driveway for parking.
