Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA house... - $1,000 - (Gibsonton, FL)

I have a large 3/2, just over 2k square foot, 1.5 yr old house with double garage and yard that I am looking to share. I am in the master, but the house has a split plan and I have 2 smaller rooms, large bathroom with storage closet to rent out in its own wing. The dining area space will also be yours to do with as you please as I have already taken over the sunroom area. The kitchen and living area we will share. Military preferred as homeowner is military. There are 2 cats currently in the house that may stay or may go to California over time. Still TBD. There is also a cockatiel and 75 gallon fish tank, so this person must love animals. Open to pets depending on species. Just let me know. House has brand new HE washer/dryer. Everything is included in rent- rent, water, electric, cable & internet, alarm, yard care. Rent is due every month on the 1st, no exceptions. There will be a $200 deposit and $50 nonrefundable background/credit check (sorry, 1 bad seed ruins it for all).
