Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA apartment... - $1,000 - (Westminster, CA)

Hello! My name is Joe and I have a room that I'm clearing out in my apartment to have a temporary roomate. I will be moving out of the apartment in about 4 mnths and looking for someone to room with me on a month to month basis over the next 3 mons. I'm a working professional. No drugs or smoking. I do not mind the use of vaporizers in the apartment. I am of age and I sometimes enjoy a casual beer with dinner. I'm very clean and I keep the apartment maintained that way. The room is not furnished. All I have for the room is a smaller leather futon that I hardly use and extra linens if needed. I do require a contract to be signed for your temporary stay and you will be able to look it over prior to moving in temporarily. I have almost necessities for cooking also if need. All I ask if for a roommate that cleans behind themselves. I don't mind guest as long as they are not over night guest.
