Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA apartment... - $600 - (Acworth, GA)

I live in a secure apartment building that includes free laundry, a fitness facilities, a pet wash, and an offleash dog park right outside my door. I live in a 1st floor apartment and there is parking right outside my door as well. We have a parking lot that does not require any permit or payment. I also have a 8 mnth old puppy who is as sweet as can be and loves to snuggle. I live in a one beds apartment with a full size futon in the living room (also a giant beanbag chair that pulls into a full size mattress), cable TELEVISION (only some channels but if you want to pitch in we can add more!), a dishwasher, and nice kitchen. The shower in the bathroom is big and we have plenty of storage (one large closet in the bedroom and 2 half size closets in the living room) as well as shelves in the bathroom for storage. We can add up to 1 dog or cat into this apartment as well and my dog loves either!
