Roommate wanted to share Three BR 2.5 BA house... - $650 - (Langhorne, PA)

Hello I am looking to rent out a room in my home. A busy professional, my job consists of long atypical hours and travel. Typically, I can enjoy a couple mornings off each week. I am looking for a clean, respectful, and communicative roommate to share my home. It is important to me that all parties involved are comfortable with the living arrangement and able to communicate any potential concerns. No pets are currently in the home but I am open to the possibility of allowing one. The expectation would be to communicate before planning any guest visit, overnight or otherwise. I would also expect timely communication if anything appears to be out of order in the home(loose doorknob, mechanical issues, etc). Essentially, treat the home as if it were your own. It is most important to me that my future housemate and I are truly a good fit. With that in mind, I would be looking for a short-term-living agreement initially, perhaps 2 months, with the option of month-to-month afterward.
