Roommate wanted to share Four BR 2.5 BA house... - $450 - (Orlando, FL)

HOUSE INFORMATION: Looking to potentially rent out total of (2) rooms to share one baths between the 2 roommates. Added storage is available in the garage, parking will be outside on the driveway. Bedrooms are located upstairs and living room, front room, laundry and kitchen are downstairs. Big yard for brunch, dining, relaxing etc. Rent is based on rental of the room, utilities of water, internet and electricity will be equally split between residents. I currently do not have cable. LIVING: I am a professional that works a lot and will be in and out of the house at all different times of the day. Would prefer a someone that is similar to me in the sense of being responsible, clean, tidy, etc. but also likes to have fun. I don't mind splitting on groceries etc. because cooking for 1 person can be hard sometimes! :) This could also be a resting area if you travel a lot in and out of town. This can all be discussed and decided on later but I'm pretty easy going so whatever we agree on.
