Lincoln Heights Moving out on February 20 after getting married and i need to find a person for roommate staying in the apartment. A little about the place. Apartment is located in Quincy as part of the Lincoln Heights Community, 7-8 minute walk to the Red Line T Station and with a bus stop right outside the apartment community. Lots of parking in front of the building. The bedroom is big enough for a big frame queen set bed, walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Big window on the side with shades. She's a very nice professional working in Education, a very home oriented person living in the apartment for over 2 yrs now. Room is available starting February 21, 2017 with remaining of the month paid by me so new roommate will take care of rent starting March first. Rent is between $960 - $980/month depending on garbage and sewer.
