Roommate wanted to share Two BR 2.5 BA condo/townhome... - $800 - (Longmont, CO)

I'm pretty easy going -- I don't mind company, but I do value alone time as well. |||About you||| Friendly, responsible, trustworthy, mature. Willing to abide by the (few) non-lease rules. As long as we can talk and work things out, I'm not too worried about most things. |||The room/space||| Bedroom is a 10' x 12' room. It has a queen sized bed frame in it -- this is not moving, sorry. You are of course welcome to put your own bed on it, and it has pretty large drawers for storage. I also have a pretty large storage space that would accommodate storing a bed frame that you may be bringing with you. There is a full size bathroom, that would be yours and yours alone to use except for the occasional guest. There is a loft area that you could use part of if you wanted to place a desk/computer there or some sitting furniture.
