I am a professional woman, I work full time and am looking to rent out 1 of my rooms in my townhome.I'm looking for a quite female professional or student. The room for rent is a 2nd master, with walk in closet and private bath. I'm very clean, and have a loving senior dog. Complete background check will be done as well as credit check and references required. If you want TELEVISION in the room, addition charge would apply for Direct TELEVISION box.
