Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA house... - $500 - (Corvallis, OR)

Hello, ny name is Caitlin and I am the daughter in law to be of the landlord, so brandon, and I are the house managers. We only expect simple cooperation from our room mates. It is a five beds house. The kitchen, living room, laundry area, and garage are shared space. The upstairs bathroom is shared between 3 rooms, we have currently 2 dogs, and 1 cat. One of our dogs, a chihuahua was abused when she was a puppy, so she is very skittish, but nonviolent. Bark but no bite sortve thing. We will need living deposit. All utilities are split evenly between roommates. We want a peaceful, pet friendly, not messy person who is willing to take part in keeping the household running smoothly.
