We have a family room with a desk, sofa, large screen television, fireplace and piano which is adjacent to the room. I am looking for a professional or a student since OHSU, PCC Sylvania and Lewis and Clarke are nearby. I am also looking for someone who is good about cleaning up after themselves, since we will share the kitchen and washer dryer area. I am also looking for someone who is typically home before 10 pm to minimize late night interruptions.
