Hello:) Just myself and my daughter. We are both upbeat, kind, chill and do our own thing. I am a nurse and work 9-5 M-f. I would prefer an all female home with a roomate that is responsible, reliable and kind. Please no heavy drinkers and absolutely no drugs. This is a beach neighborhood-2 minute walk to the beach:) It is peaceful and safe. The room is on first level and there is a semi private bathroom/laundry area.
