In addition to the household and private backyard patio area there is a finished off attic room upstairs that will be available to you to use as you wish. It is freshly painted and carpeted and well lit. It could be a nice place for your extra stuff such as TELEVISION, games, furniture, guests or as a bedroom. The kitchen is on the small side but there is plenty of cabinet space. At the moment I have no dedicated dining area room table but it is on my list of things to do no problem. There is a laundry area in the basement. I work nights.
