Hello! I am a female doctoral graduate student living in black rock (Bridgeport/Fairfield line, if you aren't familiar with the area). I have a Spacious 2 beds/two baths condominium. I currently live at the condominium, and am Seeking a roommate to rent the other bedroom/bathroom; includes use of living room, kitchen, and balcony. Washer-dryer in unit. I complete furnished all common areas of the condominium. It's very state of the art. Your Bedroom furnishing is up to you, there is a walk in closet in the room I am renting out. Whoever I rent to is responsible for $1150 a month includes price of rent of 1 beds/bathroom and all utilities/cable. Located in Black Rock by Fairfield/bridgepor CT line. Walkable distance to theaters, restaurants, train. Condominium Association requires $250 move in and move out fee, and $25 parking sticker fee. Rental is at a min through June 2018.
