Take over my lease at Vertex apartments (less than five minute walk to ASU Tempe campus). Need someone to take over my lease beginning January 1, 2017. It's a 3 beds, three bathrooms with private washer, dryer. I currently have 2 other peaceful roommates. The rent is $856.38 including taxes and insurance, electric is additional and varies from $25-$50 a month. The bedroom has a private bathroom and walk in closet. Vertex features include, pool, twenty-four-hour gymnasium and club house, secured parking garage, onsite security and lightrail access across the street. Email if interested
