Female Roommate wanted to share 3bd/Two BA in Joliet. - $400 - (Joliet, IL)

I'm making this post for someone else, so I can relay you her contact after you reply to this post. The room is in a 3bd/one baths house in the St. Pat's neighborhood in Joliet.. You have the option of living in either the attic (not as weird as it sounds! It's a recently refinished attic!) or in 1 of the bedrooms on the main floor. The landlord of the place struck a terrific deal with the current tenant where she would pay for half of the utilities. This means that you'd only have to pay 1/4 of the utilities. There's WIFI. No cable, sorry. The tenants are a 50 yr old woman and her and her 16 yr old daughter. They tend to keep busy at work, at school, with life so they'll rarely be home, except for on the weekend. In general, what she is looking for is a responsible, employed, female person who also keeps busy to take over this room. Lastly, they are seeking someone to move in in January, although they will consider someone moving in February.
