Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA home... - $440 - (San Marcos, TX)

I just graduated from Texas State a few weeks ago. I am taking some time off from school to save some money and figure out what I want to do career-wise. I currently wait tables at a restaurant in the area and I work a few nights during the week and all weekend long. I am looking for a roommate who is financially responsible 1st and foremost, especially with the bills that we would be paying together. Other than that, I just want a roommate who is openminded and respectful. 420 friendly is also a total plus.
