500 a month private bedroom shared bathroom. I have a job five days a week and gone every other weekend need some extra income and someone to watch over the small condominium. Very quite and safe neighbor hood on the west side of Lancaster, (Quartz Hill). 1st and last to move in. I have empty living room that can be used for living or storage. prefer a female but will consider a male. Utilities & internet included shared electric, cable you pay.
