The ideal roommate will respect the property by keeping it clean and be responsible. The home is 4 beds and 1 beds will be available for rent. There is a garage for two cars so depending on the size of the vehicle garage parking may be available. The house is within walkable distance to PGA National resort. My 2 boys will be residing with me approx 50% of the time. The room will be available sometime in the early spring the exact date is still TBD.
