Looking for a professional, responsible, clean, friendly preferably a female or a student. Must like dogs. Included in rent are two private bedrooms with a small bath, a garage, use of washer / dryer area, we'll share kitchen, dinning room, basement for additional storage, nice yard. Will consider a small dog. I am easy going but like a clean house.
