I am a young easy going professional who enjoys to travel. When home I enjoy cooking and watching a good comedy. I'm mostly an outdoors type person and prefer to be active. Looking for female roommate, respectful, social, kind who are responsible about bills. Women just seem to be generally cleaner and neater housemates then men. I would also consider a couple or small family with 1 child who were looking for a short-term lease in an example of waiting to settle or move into the area for an additional negotiated amount. This is perfect for like minded professional or grad student whom is use to living in a shared environment. You should be a non-smoker, easy going, and please no pets. I have a 8yr old son who stays with me a few days each week.
