I have a 3 bedrooms, 2-1/two bathrooms, 3,000 sq. feet home that I would like to rent half of. I live in D Iberville, right behind the Promenade. Basically, the house is a split plan: 2 bedrooms. with a connecting bath on 1 side of the house, and my MBR on the other side. What I am wanting to do is rent the two bedrooms. and bathroom to a suitable tenant. The house has a VERY LARGE backyard with basketball court, hot bath-tub, and swimming pool. It s in a very upscale area, so I am going to be very selective as far as a tenant.
