My son and his girlfriend occupy the downstairs bedroom. They're both servers and work odd and late hours. They're young, early 20s. Upstairs, we have 2 beds available, a game room, and full bathroom. You can rent one beds or both. You will share a kitchen, laundry area, yard, seasonal pool, patio, and parking on street. I visit the house periodically to see my son. You will have privacy in the bedroom(s) with closet.
