Room Sublease at UV2505 - $650 - (Raleigh, NC)

Looking for a female, non-smoker to sublease my room in a 4 beds apartment at UV2505. Utilities and parking are included in the rent. There is a pool, gymnasium, shuttle to main campus, and club house at the apartment complex. The complex is also gated and each person has their own code to open the gate. Private bathroom and walk-in closet are attached to the room. Apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony that looks over the pool. All 3 roommates are juniors at NC State and are very nice and easy to live with. Sublease goes from January to July but can be negotiated.
