A little bit about us.... Im a full time student and my husband is a supervisor at a well established company. Were pretty laidback and dont have many rules. We dont drink, smoke, or use drugs. We keep our home clean, but we are not neat freaks. We are respectful of others privacy so long as they are respectful of ours. Were not opposed to roommates having their friends and family over, and we sometimes like to socialize with our roommates - weve actually made quite a few friends this way. What were looking for - a temporary roommate until the end of March. Must be drug free with zero criminal history and be able to pass a background check - I work in the Criminal Justice field, so be mindful of that. Must have a legitimate and reliable source of income. The house is incredibly noisy during the day, so if youre a day sleeper this may not work for you. No smoking in the room and no pets (unless theyre in a tank or cage). *The rent is a flat rate that includes all utilities
