Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $800 - (San Diego, CA)

Hi there, I am a 25yr old business professional. I graduated from SDSU in 2014. I have two wonderful dogs so cannot take any more pets. I have 1 roommate who is a student at SDSU. We are both very chill people, keep the house clean and are not partiers. Just occasionally have some friends over for games on the patio. The room is furnished with a twin bed and dresser. Utilities, wifi, washer/dryer and full kitchen use is included as well as use of the backyard and patio. Looking for someone clean and easy going :)
