Use of Sling TV account Use of Netflix account Usage of swimming pool. Off onstreet parking. Usage of clothes washer & dryer. Full usage of the kitchen for food storage, cooking, and eating. Full usage of common areas. Kitchen, living room "with tv, high-speed internet, kitchen, outdoor patio and swimming pool. You will have a designated area for your foods, belongings, laundry soap etc. This room does (not) have a private bathroom the bathroom is a common room but the other tenant that shares this restroom works out of town during the week. We have an indoor family cat. No indoor smoking of cigarettes or any type of tobacco is permitted inside the home! No drug users. No obnoxious alcoholic drunks. No pets.
