Roommate wanted to share Four BR Three BA house... - $650 - (Durham, NC)

We have a bedroom available in our home, all utilities are included month to month, must be clean you only need to keep your bathroom and your bedroom clean, and also clean up after yourself in the kitchen. Ideal roomate will have the use of the whole house including inground swimming pool, which is bigger than most apartment pools. We ask that you respect us and our house, treat it like its yours, no heavy drinkers, drugs, felons or late night partiers, this is a peaceful house and peaceful country area but just fifteen minutes from downtown Durham. Rent is due in full on the 1st of the month, no later unless you talk to us. We are not fuddy dudies but we have been renting for a long time and have seen it all, and not all good. No pets or couples, we don't have extra room for single parents with kids, we don't have storage area but the room is completely furnished and is massive. About us, we are very kind and fair I work for a Law Firm and Husband is a Police Officer.
