Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $1,100 - (Upland, CA)

Looking for a working professional that would like a peaceful place to call their home. I travel for work and the other roommate is a paramedic for SBCoFD, so the house is empty more often than not, however; since we work hard, we enjoy our downtime as well. Loud is not acceptable. We don't utilize the house much since our schedules keep us away so the house remains clean for the most part. We like to clean as a team when we can. Of course picking up after yourself is expected. The rent includes a parking spot in the garage, but since there is limited parking on street, some car swapping is necessary to fit all three of us in the garage and driveway. Communication is key. We keep a marker board of our schedules so everyone is on the same page when it comes to overnight guests and parking. I have older teens that sleep over on the weekends occasionally in the living room, but I will put it on the schedule. The rent is for 1 person only.
