I have one room to rent in my home. Its a peaceful area with plenty of parking. Only 6mis from CCU. I am 23yrs old, male, who is seeking male or female roommate.The room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and nightstand. The closet in the room is large and come with shelves on the wall for extra space. Cable T.V and WiFi included in rent. Other utilities are not included in rent. The hallway bathroom can become your private bathroom. The house comes with washer / dryer, large TELEVISION in living room and amazing couch. The backyard is completely fenced in with complete furnished screened in back patio. The house is 3 beds two bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has been converted into an office. Ideally i'm looking for a roommate who is clean, non-smoker, and not too noisy. I am a college student who likes the peaceful life and likes to take care of my home. I have a very sweet 2yr old lab/great Dane mix.The rent amount is $550 per month. This rental requires a lease agreement and refundable deposit.
