Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA condo/townhome... - $950 - (Oakland, CA)

I live in an extremely peaceful building (HOA). It is ran by the homeowner association. Its a condominium so there are rules. The space is centrally located at Lake Merritt in Oakland CA offering tons of activities, shopping and jogging beautiful Lake Merritt. Movies, theaters, busses and BART is within feet. It is important that the roommate is clean and will respect the common area of the kitchen by cleaning the counter tops, stove and floor after cooking or preparing lite meals. I am a 65 yrs old single retiree that lives in Portland OR 1/2 of the year. I don't always live in Oakland.
