Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA house... - $600 - (Covington, LA)

Hi I am new to the area and work for a local manufacturing company 50 hours a week. I pay my bills, cook, clean and have some handyman skills. I spend most weekends away. Things have change a lot lately and looking for a roommate to help with the bills while I save for a house. twelve months or better if you like the place after I leave I am sure I can work something out where you can stay on, rent will change as it will be all yours. I have had male and female roommates in the past but was much younger ;) would be nice to find someone that has the same temperament as myself. I am a car enthusiast and a ham radio operator. I keep odd hours with work and hobbies but will do my best to respect your privacy. Private room, bath and access to the kitchen and laundry area. I have internet but no cable not much on television watching unless it is netflex or amazon. You must have a steady job, pay the bills on time, and respect me as a person.
